If you see a Camera/Microphone Access Blocked message after you have allowed Camera and Microphone Access, it may be because another application is already using the camera.
Before you Begin: Ensure Camera and Microphone Access are enabled for thera-LINK.
- Camera/Microphone Access Blocked message appears.
- Close any other applications that may be using the camera.
- Refresh the page.
