No matter what time zone you are in, no matter what time zones your Clients are in, our system does the math for you.

  • When you login to the product, we auto-detect your time zone. We then base all notifications, calendar appointments, etc., on that auto-detected time zone.
  • Same for your Client. The system will auto-detect their time zone and display all notifications and appointments in that time zone.

So, whenever an appointment is scheduled, it will be displayed for you in the correct time zone.

 

There are a few things to be aware of:

If you create an Appointment in one time zone and then physically more to another time zone without logging in again to detect your new time zone, appointments times may be off.

  • FIX - Login to your thera-LINK account as soon as you enter a new time zone so all your appointments and notifications can be updated to your new time zone.

Occasionally, your devices clock could be set to the wrong time zone. This would cause notifications and appointments to appear to display the correct time, while actually being set to an incorrect time or time zone.

  • FIX - Check you devices time zone and update to the appropriate zone.
