To set your schedule so that your clients can only choose times during your availability. Clients will only be able to request Appointments with you during your set Availability. You can set full day availabilities (i.e., 9am - 5pm) and then manually block off time on your calendar for things like a breaks, admin work, etc., or you can set multiple availabilities per day, (i.e, 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm).
Note: You will still be able to schedule Appointments outside of your set Client Scheduler Availability, Clients just won't be able to.
- Click Scheduling in left menu.
- Toggle Limit Availability to ON on Settings tab.
- Click Office Availability tab.
- Click Edit button for desired day.
- Set desired Availability and/or click Add More Hours to add more time.
- Click Save button.
