Save or Decline Client Appointment Requests

If you have enabled the Client Scheduler, Clients will be able to schedule (request) Appointments with you, either from their thera-LINK account or via your unique Scheduler URL.

You will receive a notification on your Dashboard when a Client has requested an Appointment.

  1. From Dashboard, locate Appointment Request.
  2. Click View button.

  3. View Appointment Details and then click Decline or Save.
    • Decline - Your Client will receive a notification that their Appointment Request has been declined. They can go back to the Client Scheduler and request a different Appointment.
    • Save - The Appointment will be added to you and your Client's Calendars, and the Client will receive a notification that their Appointment has been accepted.
