You can mark time on your Calendar as unavailable by adding and Appointment for yourself but not inviting anyone to it. You can use single Appointments to block off time for things like vacations or appointments. Or, you can use recurring Appointments to block off things like regular lunches or meetings. Things to note:
- Appointment Name/Title will only be visible to you, the Office Manager and Owner.
- Clients will only see that the time is unavailable to schedule.
Mark Time as Unavailable
- Click Scheduling in left menu.
- Click Create Appointment button.
- Select whether it's a Recurring Appointment or not.
- If Recurring, set the frequency below.
- Title your Appointment.
- Set Start/End Date and Time.
- Toggle Online OFF.
- Click Save.
