PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Must be a system Owner in order to create Appointment Types.
Appointment Types are available on the Plus and Ultimate Place. Appointment types can be used to apply a default length to an Appointment. Appointment types may also be used alongside the Client Scheduler feature. If your Scheduler is configured to use Appointment Types, your clients will pick an appointment type instead of being asked to pick the length themselves.
For example, you could create:
- A Family Session - 60 Minutes
- Individual Session - 45 minutes
- etc.

Create Appointment Type
- Click Scheduling in left menu and click Appointment Types.
- Click Create Appointment Type button.
- Enter the Appointment Type Name.
NOTE: The Appointment Name will be visible to Clients if you are using the Client Scheduler. Make the Name as clear as possible so Clients can differentiate and identify which they should select when scheduling an appointment.
- Enter a Description.
- Select Appointment Type Default Length.
- Click Save.
