The Client Scheduler is easy to set up and use, and you have lots of options to help you make it uniquely yours.
NOTE: Client Scheduler Settings are individual to a Provider. Each Provider using the Client Scheduler will need to set up their own preferences and settings.
- Click Scheduling from the left menu.
- Click the Client Scheduler tab.
- Click the Get Started button to enable the scheduler and choose your options.
Settings
- Allow Access to Anyone
- If enabled, your Scheduler will be available to anyone via a dedicated URL, which will appear just below when enabled. This includes users who are not logged in to the system or do not have a system account. After a time is chosen, the user will be asked to log in to the system. If they do not have a system account, they will automatically receive an invitation to join your practice.
NOTE: Dedicated URL will display AFTER Allow Access to Anyone is enabled.
- If disabled, only users that you have invited to your practice can schedule.
- If enabled, your Scheduler will be available to anyone via a dedicated URL, which will appear just below when enabled. This includes users who are not logged in to the system or do not have a system account. After a time is chosen, the user will be asked to log in to the system. If they do not have a system account, they will automatically receive an invitation to join your practice.
- Limit Availability
- If enabled, you may customize the hours that you are available an Online Availability tab will appear at the top to set your availability.
- If disabled, appointments may be booked for any time of day with no restriction and the Online Visibility tab will not be visible to you.

- Office Booking
- If enabled, your clients may book in-office appointments using the scheduler and a new Office Availability tab will display.
- If disabled, your clients may only book online appointments using the scheduler and the Office Ability tab will not be visible.
- Use Appointment Types
- Appointment Types are available on the Plus and Ultimate Place and can be used to apply a default length to an Appointment. Appointment types may also be used alongside the Client Scheduler feature. If your Scheduler is configured to use Appointment Types, your clients will pick an appointment type instead of being asked to pick the length themselves.

- After you've enabled Appointments for the Client Scheduler, be sure to Set your Availability.
- Minimum Advanced Notice and Maximum Advanced Notice
- Minimum Advanced Notice will require an advance notice of at least this amount of time. The options are 15, 30, and 60 minutes or 2, 4, 6, 12, and 24 hours notice. 60 minutes is the default setting here.
- Maximum advanced notice is how far out your clients can book on your schedule in advance. The options are 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8 weeks. 4 weeks is the default setting here.
- Appointment Buffer Time
- Buffer time prevents a client from scheduling a time slot that is back to back with another appointment. The options you can set are 0, 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 minutes. 15 minutes is the default setting here.

- Restrict Booking
- Restrict Booking allows you to set when Appointments can start. For example, you could set it so an Appointment could start on the hour, half-hour, or quarter-hour.

- Booking Timezone
- The time zone is automatically set based on auto-detection to the device/location that you are using when you set up your scheduler. The only time you may need to reset this is if you physically move your device to another time zone and want to change your scheduler. The scheduler will not auto-detect the new time zone unless you disable and re-enable it or change it here.
