PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You need the Scheduling permission to use these functions.

Go to Schedule → Reminders → Status Updates to see the appointments that have already begun but have not been checked in, canceled, or marked as no show.

  • You can change the time frame for these reminders or turn them off in Clinic Options.
  • To the right of each appointment in the list, you can click the Checked In icon checked-in_icon_color.png, No Show icon no_show_icon_color.png, Patient Canceled icon patient_canceled.png, or Clinic Canceled icon clinic_canceled.png to change its status.
  • If you accidentally change the status of an appointment, click the Undo icon undo_icon.png to change it back to the Scheduled status.
