Permissions Required: Users with the Self-Scheduling or Scheduling permission can check in patients and change appointment status. Users with the Docs or Billing permission can view appointment information.
- Click the Schedule tab at the top.
- Click Calendar.
- Hover over the appointment on the calendar to view appointment details and appointment status icons.
- Click the Scheduled icon
to indicate an upcoming appointment.
- Click the Checked In icon
to indicate the patient has arrived for their appointment.
- Click the Patient Canceled icon
to indicate an appointment has been cancelled by the patient.
- Click the Clinic Canceled icon
to indicate an appointment has been canceled by someone other than the patient.
- Click the No Show icon
to indicate that the patient never showed up for the appointment
- Click the Scheduled icon
