iPhone/iPad Goes Black During Session

If your phone or tablet is going to sleep during your video session or in the waiting room, you may need to update the Display & Brightness settings on your device. 

  1. Access Settings on your device
  2. Select Display & Brightness.
  3. Set Auto-Lock to NEVER.

NOTE: After your session, you may wish to change it back to preserve battery life.
