Share Telehealth Link with Client via Client Portal

You will only be able to send a Secure Message to Clients who have a Client Portal Account. If your Client is not using the Client Portal click here to see how to share your Telehealth link. 

1. Search for Client in search bar in the header. 
2. Click the Client name.
3. Click Appointments on side menu.
4. Locate Appointment and click Telehealth Session drop down menu.
5. Choose to Send Invite via Secure Message.
6. Secure Messaging Center with the Client name and unique URL already filled out will display. You can then add any additional text or message.
7. Click Send.
