Summary

For patients who are admitted/discharged into an OASAS 822 Program, OASAS (New York State Office of Alcohol And Substance Abuse Services) requires state-regulated forms to be submitted to them. Currently, OASAS Programs are required to go to the OASAS Website and submit these forms one at a time. eCR has the capability of generating an electronic file to submit these forms to OASAS. This overview document will go through the necessary steps to complete the forms and send them electronically.

Access

1. Select the form in the Available Forms section in a patient’s Chart Details.
   
    
2. To submit the form, go to Day to Day 🡪 PAS Submission.
   
    
3. To generate the PAS Submission Report, go to Reporting 🡪 Reports, search for PAS, and select PAS Submission.
