1. Pre-Fill
   • The PAS44 will pre-fill many fields from either Patient Details, the Comprehensive Assessment, or the Treatment Plan.
   • The PAS45 will pre-fill from the PAS44 but some manual entry is required.
   • The Pre-filling will occur one time and one time only when the PAS form is first opened.
2. Pre-Edit
   • The Pre-Edit button will check the PAS form for OASAS compliance.
   • The form cannot be signed or queued until all edits are addressed.

   • NOTE: The pre-edit check will also occur when signing and queuing the form.

     
3. Queue
   • When the form has passed the pre-edit check, the form must be sent to the PAS submission queue.
   • Click the Queue button to send the PAS form for electronic processing.
     • You will see a message at the bottom of the window stating Form queued successfully for processing.
   • Repeat similar steps on all PAS forms to be submitted electronically.
