NOTE: Agency must have minimum of 2.27 to set up CFTSS visit types.
To set up the Visit Type (service component) for each CFTSS service, complete the following:
- Go to Setup 🡪 Visit Types.
- Enter Visit Type Name (service component).
- Select the associated CFTSS Service Type for the component.
- Select the Note Form visit type is to appear in (if not selected will default to all forms/notes).
- Select if the CFTSS is Onsite or Offsite.
- Select the associated procedure and define the min/max time interval for the visit type.
- For Visit Types that are offsite, select the associated base procedure only (the association of the base procedure and the offsite procedure is completed in the procedure set up).
- Select the program(s) the visit type is to appear in (If not selected, will default to all).
- Save and Repeat for each desired visit type.
