To set up Users for CFTSS services, complete the following:

1. Go to Administration 🡪 Users.
2. Search for and select the appropriate user or create a new user (Refer to Users Guide for details).
   • After you select the desired user Edit Mode! will appear in the header.
3. Select the Contact/Provider Info Tab.
4. Enter the user’s NPI and Non-Licensed Credential Number (Will populate the CFTSS Assessment form).
5. Save and Repeat these steps to make sure all existing users are set up correctly.
