Children CFTSS HCBS - Lookup Manager Setup

To set up the Lookup Manager for CFTSS services, complete the following:

1. Go to Setup > Lookup Manager.
2. Enter FTSS Service Type in the Search field.
3. Enter CFTSS Service Line Types.
   1. Enter the Name/Description.
   2. Click Save Item.
4. Reorder list as desired using the Reorder, Move Up and Move Down buttons.
5. Click Save Sort Order once you have added all of your service types and ordered them as desired.
