To set up Insurance for CFTSS services, complete the following:

1. Go to Administration 🡪 Insurances.
2. Select an Insurance by searching or creating an new insurance (Refer to Insurances Guide for details).
3. Once you have the desired insurance selected, select the Insurance Info Tab.
4. Set/Check Medicaid flag to true (Sends Rate Code).
5. Set/Check Managed Care flag to true if the payer is also a MCO.
6. Save and Repeat for each desired insurance.
