Children CFTSS HCBS - Credentials - Signature Types Setup

To set up Signature type HCBS Provider (for use with the HCBS form set) you must associate the new Signature to the appropriate credentials or create new credentials as needed, complete the following:

1. Go to Administration > Credentials.
2. Select the Credential.
   1. Choose the already created Credential from the table (you will see Edit Mode in the header).
   2. Click Clear and name a new Credential.
3. Click on the HCBS Provider Signature Type to add to the credential.
4. Save and Repeat for each desired credential.
