1. Confirm that the Visit Types have been set up correctly.
2. The Yellow fields are required.
   • Check the box for Exclude From TP.
   • Check the box for Adult BH HCBS Assessment / ISP.
   • Check the box for Show this Visit Type for the following programs.
   • Check the box for the appropriate program.
3. A separate document will be provided that lists each new Visit Type that has been created.
