1. Go to Setup 🡪 Billing/Program Defaults 🡪 General tab.
   1. Check the box for Enable Service Threshold.
      
      
2. Go to Setup 🡪 Billing/Program Defaults 🡪 Billing Info 2 tab.
   1. Check the box for Use APG Billing.
   2. Enter the appropriate value for Day Cap on Claim.
   3. Enter a date for Effective DOS for APG Rate Codes.
      
      
3. Go to Setup 🡪 Billing/Program Defaults 🡪 Billing Info tab.
   1. Enter the default ICD-10 Dx.
      
      
4. Go to Setup 🡪 Billing/Program Defaults 🡪 Adult BH HCBS tab.
   1. Confirm the following for each HCBS Program:
      1. Check the box for Use Adult BH HCBS Billing.
      2. Select your Round Trip.
      3. Select Per Mile procedure codes.
      4. Enter your Max Miles Billed, allowable.
