• One Program must be set up for each HCBS service you provide.
• Create ONE CHART and use built-in copy chart functionality to create other charts.
• Go to Administration 🡪 Form Manager.

1. Select the Program on the left side.
2. Click on the Set Active button.
   • This will add the chart to the right side.
3. Click Design to set up the chart.
4. Activate every chart you expect to build later. Only create one Chart.
