In order for a user to be able to view or edit any of the new HCBS forms, the appropriate Access Levels must be updated.
NOTE: This must be done for each Access Level.
- Go to Administration > Access Levels > Adult BH HCBS forms.
- For each Access Level, check the box for View, Add/Edit and Void as appropriate.
