Now that you have added the FormLab™ Form Data to your Power BI File provided to you by the system you do not have to replicate all the steps each day when you refresh the data. Refer to the details below for what needs to be done for each process detailed above going forward.
Enabling the FormLab™ Form Data to be Exported
Enabling the FormLab™ Data to be exported is a one-time process per form that will be exported. Therefore, for any form that has already been indicated as enabled for export that does not need to be redone.
Exporting the Data using Power BI File Retriever
Exporting the Data using the Power BI File Retriever in eCR will have to be completed at the start of each data in order to keep the data current.
Adding the Data to your Power BI File
The process to add the data to the Power BI file only needs to be completed once per form. Going forward if the data is exported to the same file path the only step required to update the Power BI file is to click the Refresh button to include the most recent data.
Adding New FormLab™ Form Data
If you wish to add the data from another FormLab™ Form, you must complete the full steps for each process indicated above for each Form that will be added.
