The Cash Received by Insurance report is a powerful tool to do a variety of analysis.
This report can be pulled the following ways:
- By Posted Date
- By Check Date
- Using a selected date range
- Multiple providers in a practice
When the report is pulled by Check Date, this will balance back to the Practice Facts and Statistics report for Cash from Insurance.
When the report is pulled by Posted Date, this will balance back to the Cash Posted by Date report (pulled by posted date) when you sort the data for insurance payers only.
To pull this report with multiple providers, you must be logged into a Master Username (connected to more than one account) and click on the Select Provider button in the upper right corner of the report.
