NOTE: The Objective Description is the field that will fill in the Treatment Plan.
- Go to Setup 🡪 Goal/Objective Library.
- Select the Objectives Tab.
- Title- Enter a title for the Objective.
- Category- Select a category for the Objective.
- Options available for this drop down are setup in Lookup Manager 🡪 Category - Objectives.
- Objective- Enter a description of the Objective.
- Method- Enter a description of how the patient is going to achieve this Objective.
- Share- Select who can use this Objective when completing the Treatment Plan.
- Personal- When selected, only the user who created the Objective can use it.
- Common- When selected, anyone who is completing a Treatment Plan can use the Objective.
- Save- Click Save to create the Objective.
- The Objective will now appear in the Title Search field and the Treatment Plan.
- Repeat these steps for each Objective you wish to create.
