Goal/Objective Library - Designing New Objectives

NOTE: The Objective Description is the field that will fill in the Treatment Plan.

  1. Go to Setup 🡪 Goal/Objective Library.
  2. Select the Objectives Tab.
  3. Title- Enter a title for the Objective.
  4. Category- Select a category for the Objective.
    • Options available for this drop down are setup in Lookup Manager 🡪 Category - Objectives.
  5. Objective- Enter a description of the Objective.
  6. Method- Enter a description of how the patient is going to achieve this Objective.
  7. Share- Select who can use this Objective when completing the Treatment Plan.
    • Personal- When selected, only the user who created the Objective can use it.
    • Common- When selected, anyone who is completing a Treatment Plan can use the Objective.
  8. Save- Click Save to create the Objective.
    • The Objective will now appear in the Title Search field and the Treatment Plan.
  9. Repeat these steps for each Objective you wish to create.
