Goal/Objective Library - Adding Goals to a Treatment Plan

Now that we have designed our Goals and Objectives and added a Treatment Plan form to the active chart structure we can complete the form in the patient’s chart. Follow the steps below to add a pre-designed Goal to a Treatment Plan form.

1. Open the Patient’s Chart Details to open the Treatment Plan form.
2. Select the Treatment Plan form from the Available Forms List.
   
   
    
3. When you open a Treatment Plan, navigate to the Goals Tab.
4. In that tab you will find the Select Goal button, click on it.
   
   
    
5. After you click on that button, the Goal Library Selection screen pops-up and allows you to prefill the text box with a Goal listed below.
6. Flag the checkbox next to the Goal you want to use.
7. Click the Accept button.
   
   
    
8. Once you click Accept the Goal you want to input will populate the Treatment Plan.
