The timeframe for an authorization to be considered expiring is based on the clinics authorization reminder settings. Missing Authorization Alert An alert will now appear when scheduling an appointment for a patient without an authorization if the payers Missing Authorization Alerts option is turned on. More Information for Superbills When the Show Billing Details option is turned on, invoices with charges from an appointment will now include the patients date of birth and the address of the appointments location. An admin can now turn on an option to include GO, GP, or GN modifiers on invoices for all billing codes submitted from an OT, PT, or Speech services. Improved Stability for Status Updates Reminders for Status Updates will now consider only the last 12 months of appointments to improve performance and stability. Defect FixesZeros in Billing Codes are Sometimes Being Removed on Charges report If a billing code has leading zeroes, such as 00011, the full number will now be included in the Charges report in new Insights. Previously, leading zeroes did not appear. Missing Rx Expiration Reminders Resolved an issue that sometimes caused Rx Expiration reminders not to appear. Duplicates in the Charges Report Resolved an issue that caused duplicate rows to appear in the Charges report in new Insights in some situations.
