As part of our Ultimate plan for both individual and group accounts, you have the option to replace the branding with your own. To do this, click Practice>Branding from the teal menu after you log in to your account.
Here, you'll be able to set up a name for your practice (no spaces or punctuation) and it will create a unique URL you can put on your website with a Login button for your clients. This will send clients directly to your unique login page.
In the example below, the name "ValeriesTelehealthPractice" has been entered into the URL SLUG box, and then a Copy button appears on the right for use in a website's button.

Most people put in their branding colors specifically using Hex codes. Find one what your brand color's Hex code is here. Or, simply type in a normal color name like "purple" or "green" and it will update to the common color.
Now, the default colors will be replaced by whatever you put in the PRIMARY field, and this will be reflected across your entire portal. If you ever change your mind, simply slide the "Enabled" slider to off, and your colors will revert to the default thera-LINK branding.
Additionally, the emails sent from thera-LINK for appointment reminders will come from your PRACTICE NAME that you have set under Practice>Settings. For example, the below emails came from thera-LINK with the practice name Valerie's Telehealth Practice:
