What is Ensora Payments?

Ensora Health has partnered with Stripe Payment Processing to offer our customers an enhanced payments experience. Stripe is a well-known leading payments solution partner and offers advanced security features to safeguard your transactions, along with powerful reporting, risk management tools, and seamless support to help you manage your payments efficiently and confidently. In addition, you can connect directly with Stripe Support for assistance.

Why is Ensora Health making this payment processor partner change from Vantage to Stripe?

We are committed to providing you with the best-in-class capabilities and this is made possible from a partnership with Stripe. Stripe provides advanced security features for transaction processing, robust reporting, risk management tools for dispute handling and direct Stripe support for your payment service needs.

How will Ensora Health facilitate my account transition to Ensora Payments?

Your first step will be to complete the Ensora Health & Stripe enrollment form by the assigned enrollment date. Your assigned enrollment date and transition date will be emailed to you in the coming weeks. Once your enrollment has been submitted, we will work with Stripe to confirm your account information and activate it upon your assigned transition date.

What are the benefits I will receive from Ensora Payments?

  • Modern and enhanced payments experience.

  • Access to Stripe Merchant Dashboard, including robust reporting.

  • The ability for you and your clients to save card information, including CVV, prior to the first payment.

  • Risk management tools via Stripe Dashboard (chargeback management).

  • Direct support from Ensora Payments team and Stripe.

Will my customers card information be moved to Ensora Payments?

Due to security and compliance requirements, client credit card information is not stored by Ensora Health.  As a result, credit card information cannot be transitioned to Stripe. You will need to re-enter these details into your platform for a new secure token to be created.

Transition Toolkit

Will my rates change after transitioning from Vantage to Ensora Payments?

No, there are no changes in fees or rates upon transitioning to Ensora Payments. The same rate you currently have with Vantage will transition over to your Ensora Payments/Stripe merchant account.

Can I request to keep my Vantage account?
No, Vantage services will be phased out soon. Accounts that do not transition over will be disabled.

Note: Historical Vantage Reporting and ability for Vantage refunds will remain available.

What can I do to prepare for Transition to Ensora Payments?

Review the important resources in the Transition Toolkit to learn more, get organized, and prepare. Review requirements and details to enroll in Ensora Payments & Stripe. Connect with our Payments Team with questions.

What dates should I be aware of?

Enrollment Date: The date by which you will complete and submit your Ensora Payments Enrollment form.

Transition Date: The date your payments account will switch from Vantage to Stripe.

Vantage Disablement Date: The date your Vantage payments account will be disabled whether you decide to move to Ensora Payments or not. Vantage will be disabled for all customers on their specified disablement date.

What other important information should I be aware of?

  • Your first payout may take up to 7-14 business days after your first successful payment. Please note this could affect your short-term cash flow.

  • Once your account is approved with Stripe, your Vantage account will be disabled, and you will no longer have the ability to process transactions through Vantage.

  • Historical Vantage transactions reporting will remain available to you within your account. Reports > Billing > Vantage Payments.

  • Deposits will continue to your connected bank account with Vantage until your Stripe merchant account is approved.

If I already have an existing Stripe account for credit card payment services, can I link this Stripe account in place of the Ensora Payments/Stripe account?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to link or combine Stripe accounts to Ensora Payments. You can use the same credentials you have with your existing Stripe account when you complete the Ensora Payments application. If you use the same credentials, your Stripe Dashboard will allow you to view the accounts separately.

How will I know what my assigned account transition date is?

We will send emails with your assigned transition date. A reminder email will arrive before the assigned date. Resources from the tool kit and our Payments team can help you with questions.

Can I request to change my assigned transition date?

Assigned transition dates for accounts have been assigned and cannot be changed.

Once my account is transitioned, how will accepting a customer's credit card payment change?

All payment workflows remain the same in the product! One small change is a new page will open as you accept a payment. A message will appear as you process the payment. Do not close this page until payment is complete.
