Use the Stripe Dashboard to view account reports and payment and payout details. You can also respond to payment disputes (also known as chargebacks) in the Stripe Dashboard.

IMPORTANT:  Do not create payments or process refunds from the Stripe Dashboard. Payments and refunds processed through the Stripe dashboard will not display in Fusion and cause a discrepancy between Fusion reporting and Stripe Dashboard reports.

IMPORTANT:  Do not delete customer records. Deleting customers from your Stripe Dashboard will cause a problem with the Payments function in Fusion.

Visit Stripe documentation to learn more about the Stripe Dashboard basics at stripe.com/docs/dashboard/basics.

Access the Stripe Dashboard

To access your Stripe Dashboard, navigate to the Add-Ons section under the Admin tab, then click View Dashboard in the Payment Processing section.

When you log in, your Stripe Dashboard opens on the Home Tab. This page provides an overview of account activity. You can navigate to other sections of the Stripe Dashboard using the menu on the left side.

  • Payments: View payment details for:
    • All transactions.
    • Succeeded payments (successful payments).
    • Refunded payments .
    • Failed payments (failed or declined payments) - Declined payments will include a reason for why the payment was declined.

IMPORTANT:  Do not create payments or process refunds from the Stripe Dashboard. Payments and refunds processed through the Stripe dashboard will not display in Fusion and cause a discrepancy between Fusion reporting and Stripe Dashboard reports.

  • Balances: Review payouts (deposits to your bank account) and payout details for completed, upcoming and recent payouts. Click on a payout from the payout list to see the related transactions.
  • Customers: View a breakdown of transactions per customer, customer details and charges per customer entry.

IMPORTANT:  Do not delete customer records. Deleting customers from your Stripe Dashboard will cause a problem with the Payments function in Fusion.

  • Reports (located under the More link): Reconcile Stripe & your bank account using the balance and payout reconciliation reports.
  • Radar (located under the More link): Contains additional rules for addressing specific reasons for declined payments.

NOTE:  The Postal Code rule can be adjusted or disabled if payments are failing due to issues with Zip Codes. We recommend that you disable to Postal Code rule only if you have first verified with the client/cardholder that the correct zip code is being used.

TIP: Enter the last four digits of a credit card into the Stripe dashboard search bar to quickly locate all payments and attempted payments for that card. This can be helpful when looking for a specific payment on a client's card.
