How does the system process my payments?

  • The system processes payments using two different secure payment processors: Vantage, and Ensora Payments with Stripe. When you enrolled in payment processing with the system, you enrolled with either Vantage or Ensora Payments with Stripe. While both are secure merchant processing platforms, they each function differently as they interface within the system.

    Because of this difference, articles in the online Knowledge Hub may indicate that some information is for clinics using Vantage, while other information is for clinics using Ensora Payments with Stripe. This means that if you are looking up payment processing information in the Knowledge Hub, you need to know which payment processor your clinic is using.

How do I know which payment processor the system uses for my practice?

  • If you aren't sure which payment processor the system is using for your practice, you can find out by looking in the Add-Ons section under the Admin tab within the system. The Payment Processing Card in this section will indicate whether your practice is using Vantage, or Ensora Payments with Stripe.

    If the Payment Processing Card displays the Ensora Payments logo, your practice is using Ensora Payments with Stripe. If the Payment Processing Card displays your company contact and banking information, your clinic is using Vantage.
