The Wait List provides the user with the ability to add a potential patient to a waitlist without creating a patient chart and registering them into a program.

Access
- To access the wait list go to Day to Day > Wait List.
Add a Patient to the Wait List
Patient Registration
- Go to Day to Day > Patient Registration.
- Enter any known patient information and click Register (you are not required to enter any patient information here).
- Fill in the required fields (any field with a green check to the left) and click Save/Wait List.
Phone Pre-Intake > ICC Referent
- Go to Day to Day > Phone Pre-Intake > Initial Client Contact.
- Select the radio button next to Referent and enter the necessary Demographic information.
- Click on the Referent tab, enter a contact, and click Save.
- You should see “Data was saved successfully” at the bottom of the screen.
- Also, the “Go to Screening” button is now available.
- Click the “Go to Screening” button.
- This will pull up the ICC Referent screen.
- This will pull up the ICC Referent screen.
- Enter any missing information, click Save, and Create Patient.
- The New Patient in red should change to Linked to Patient.
- The New Patient in red should change to Linked to Patient.
- Select the Appointment tab and click Add to Wait List.
- The patient is now viewable in the Wait List.
- The patient is now viewable in the Wait List.
Phone Pre-Intake > Self Referral
- Follow the same steps as listed for Phone Pre-Intake > ICC Referent except you will select the radio button next to Self Referral instead of “Referent.”
