Summary
The Treatment Wizard is a decision tree for trauma determination. It allows you to create consistent, comprehensive, trauma assessments, ensures that clients are assigned to services based on assessment scores, shares the trauma profile across programs and providers that serve the client.
Access – Setup
- Access- Administration > User > “Select” button next to Access Level field.
- Chart Structure- Administration > Form Manger > Design for each program using Treatment Wizard.
- Program Flags- Administration > Programs > Program Flags section > Treatment Wizard Tab.
