There are two reports accessible in eCR that relate to the Treatment Wizard.
Follow these steps to open the reports.
- In eCR, go to Reporting > Reports.
- In the search box, type “trauma” and hit “Enter” on your keyboard.
- This will pull up the two available reports, select either report to open it.
- Trauma Informed Care Trending Results- Allows you to view clinical and patient health trends based on the Trauma Informed Module (TIM).
- Trauma Informed Module Patient List- Scores information and details of the Quality of Life Assessment form (DLA_20) saved on a patient’s chart.
- Enter the Start and End Date and filter by Location, Program, and Chart Status.
- After you enter your dates and filter your search results click View Report.
