Set Up Lab Results Overview

In order to set up Lab Results in the system, you will need to coordinate with your Project Manager AND your Lab Company Sales Rep.

Lab Vendor Contact / Setup

1. Your Lab Company Sales Rep should schedule implementation with their Technical resources.
   After the Lab Vendor reaches out, TenEleven by Ensora Health will schedule a kickoff meeting for all parties (you, the vendor, and TenEleven by Ensora Health) to determine a Configuration Date, Testing/Training Plans, and Final Launch dates.

   NOTE: Lab companies will be expected to develop their HL7 to TenEleven by Ensora Health specifications.

2. Lab results require little to no configuration from a Client perspective - once TenEleven by Ensora Health and Lab have coordinated your BETA and LIVE system setup, test orders will be sent to you for validation and reporting. (See steps below to validate test labs.)
3. Once results have been validated with the Lab, this service will be turned on to LIVE.
