A patient can only be non-admitted if they are in the Referral or Intake stages. Follow the steps below to non-admit (remove) a patient:
- Select the Red Down Arrow, the Chart remove window will open.
- Date- Enter the date the chart was removed.
- Reason- Select the reason (options customizable in a lookup table name “Discharge Reason”).
- Discharge Status- Select the discharge status (options customizable in a lookup table named “Discharge Status”).
- Note- Enter a note regarding the chart removal.
- Remove from- Optional, check the actions you want to take place upon removing the chart.
- Click Save.
NOTE: Once the chart is removed, it will not appear in the My Client List. The chart can be pulled up from Patient Search and Patient Details.
