The chart phase cycle appears in the banner of the chart. The chart phase cycle describes the current phase of engagement/provision of services to a patient.
To move a patient through the phases, use the blue arrows to move the patient forward or backward. The right arrow moves the chart cycle forward (ex. Intake to Admit). The left arrow moves the chart cycle backward (ex. Admit to Intake).
There are different fields required for each stage of the chart cycle.
- Intake- To move a patient to Intake select the Intake Date and click Save/Close
- Admitted- To Admit a patient select the Admit Date and click Save/Close
- Discharged- To Discharge a patient select a Discharge Date, Reason, and Note
