Patient Chart Manager - Move Patient Chart

Click to return to Patient Chart Manager - Table of Contents.

Select MOVE Patient Chart from the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen.

1. Move From Patient - Select the patient you want to move information FROM.
   
   
    
2. Move From Chart - Select the chart you want to move information FROM.
   
   
    
3. Move To Patient - Select the patient you want to move information TO.
   
   
    
4. Chart Move - Chart details will show in the bottom grid on the screen; click to move the chart to selected patient.

   NOTE: Charts with Visits associated (i.e.: Progress Notes) can NOT be moved - they will need to be unbilled and unsigned BEFORE chart can be moved.
