Patient Chart Manager - Copy Patient Forms

Click to return to Patient Chart Manager - Table of Contents.

Select COPY Patient Forms from the drop-down menu at the top right.


 

1. Copy To Patient - Enter Patient you desire information moved TO.
   
   
    
2. Copy To Chart - Enter Chart you desire information moved TO.
   
   
    
3. Copy From Patient - Enter Patient you desire information moved FROM.
   
   
    
4. Copy From Chart - Enter Chart you desire information moved FROM.
   
   
    
5. Form Selection - Available forms will show on the right side of the screen; select forms and click to move forms to chart on left side of screen.
