Chart Banner/Layout
- Header- The header of the chart displays important information on the client, such as their Primary Therapist, Program enrolled in, Demographic information, insurance, Diagnosis, treatment plan information and the current phase of the chart cycle that they are in.
- Toolbar- The toolbar allows you to jump to other parts of eCR, add notes, as well as access additional modules available to be purchased.
- Selected Chart- The left side of the chart displays the active side of the chart. Forms/notes on this side of the chart have been completed or are in the process of being completed.
- Available Forms- Forms/notes on the right side of the chart are forms that are available for use. Once a form/note has been used for the first time, a line will appear drawn through it on the right. This form/note will then be opened from the left side when opening a new version of the form/note.
- Center Column- The center column displays the chart progress, allows you to print the entire chart or portions of the chart, attach documents, change the status of the patient in their chart cycle, and to edit the users on the chart.
Form/Note Status
A form/note will have a symbol on the left side of its name that indicates the status of the form/note
- Lock: the form/note is locked with all required signatures obtained
- Green check: the form has at least one signature obtained with other signatures line open
- Lock with red plus: the form is locked, missing patient signature
- Paper icon: form is open, with no signature
- Blue arrow: form/note is a scan
