- Select the Users button in the middle of the chart to open the Chart Details screen.
- Program- Utilizing the drop-down selection, select the program.
- Location- Utilizing the drop-down selection, select the location.
- Click Save.
NOTE: Changing the program on a patient’s chart may change the set of forms that are available to be filled out on the right side of the chart. The left side of the chart will not change.
