- Select Group Apply a Program and/or Group Filter and click on the desired group.
- Click Add/Remove Patients.
- Click on the Patient in the Assigned Patients List to be removed and click Remove.
- Repeat for each Patient you wish to remove from the group.
- Click Save and close the Group Edit screen.
