  1. Select Group Apply a Program and/or Group Filter and click on the desired group.
  2. Click Add/Remove Patients.

  3. Click on the Patient in the Assigned Patients List to be removed and click Remove.
    • Repeat for each Patient you wish to remove from the group.
  4. Click Save and close the Group Edit screen.
