Family Setup: Table of Contents

Summary

This training guide discusses Family Setup under the Setup drop-down, its pre-fill logic associated with the SA021 Service Activity Log form, and its connection to the Family Service Activity report.

Pre-Requisites

To effectively use the family setup there must be at least two members of a household registered and assigned an active chart structure.

Access

1. Adding/Modifying Families and Family Members: Go to Setup 🡪 Family Setup.
2. SA021 Service Activity Log Form: Go to patient’s Chart Details.
3. Family Service Activity Report: Go to Reporting 🡪 Reports.
