- Family- Select the family you wish to add members to from the chart.
- Patient Search- Begin typing or hit enter and select the family member(s) you wish to add.
- Checkmark- Click the green checkmark once you have selected the family member(s) being added.
- Add- Click the add button to add the family member(s) to the family.
- Relationship to Head- Select a family member that was just added from the chart below and select their relationship with the head of the family.
- Note- Select a family member that was just added from the chart below and add a note if desired.
- Update- Select the update button to update the family member’s chart.
- Clear- Click the clear button to clear out all fields and repeat steps 5 through 7 to add a relationship and note to another family member.
- Save- Once you finish adding your new family member(s) and selecting the appropriate. relationships and adding any desired notes be sure to click Save otherwise anything you added will be lost.
