Docking / Undocking - User Undocking Process

To Undock patient charts to have for the day.

1. Open the eCR Undocking App, using your login User Name & Password.
   
2. Select the Patients you wish to undock their chart(s) for by placing a check in the box next to their name.
   
3. Once you have the patients selected, press Un-Dock.
   
4. Undocking status will display until it is complete.
   
   
   
5. To access your Undocked patient charts, open the eCR Desktop App for off-line viewing.  Sign in with your User Name and Password.
   
   
   
   You will now have access to those patient charts in off-line eCR.
   
   
   
    
6. While undocked, complete all required service delivery documentation in chart, SAVE.
7. Log out of eCR.
8. When you are ready to Dock (upload days chart activities) re-open the eCR Docking App. You will now only have one option to “Dock”.
   

Wait for Docking to complete.

Confirm Docking is Complete.
