Using Undocked Charts

1. To access your Undocked patient charts, open the eCR Desktop App for off-line viewing. Sign in with your User Name and Password.
   
2. You will now have access to those patient charts in off-line eCR.
   
3. While undocked, complete all required service delivery documentation in chart, SAVE.
4. Log out of the eCR Undocking application on your laptop.

Docking Charts (Returning to eCR)

1. When you are ready to Dock (Upload work completed on undocked charts) re-open the eCR Docking App. You will now only have one option, “Dock”.
2. Select the charts to “Dock”.
   
3. You will see a processing bar, wait for docking to complete. 
   
4. You will receive a message “Process Complete” when done.
