This guide walks you through how and when to do a demographic data upload, as well as what’s required to ensure all the necessary data has been uploaded to eCR.
A Demographic Data Upload allows you to import patient demographic data into eCR. This drastically reduces the time required to enter patients into eCR one at a time.
NOTE: There is a cost associated as development time is required to complete this process.
Using Demographic Data Upload
- All data uploads need to be prepared by the customer using the supplied Microsoft Excel document (template).
- The demographics information needs to be finalized 2 - 4 weeks prior to GoLive.
- All additions and deletions of patients’ information, as well as any changes, that occur post submission to TenEleven will need to be entered into eCR by the customer.
- Make sure to enter the client’s information exactly as you wish to see it displayed in Patient Details. Be careful with abbreviations.
