TenEleven integrates with credit card processor VantagePay as a way to process client electronic payments within eCR.

If you are interested in using this functionality within eCR, please take note of the following:

  • To obtain an application for Vantage, please email your Client Account Executive.
  • Once the application is completed and submitted to Vantage, you will be assisted by the Helpdesk via a Zendesk ticket if any additional information is needed by Vantage.
  • eCR Release 2.37 is required for Vantage.
    • If an upgrade is needed, this will be scheduled and completed ASAP to ensure there is no delay once the integration is enabled.
  • Once the application is approved by Vantage, the integration will be enabled for your agency.
