The Group Manager enables users to set up parameters for holding Group Meetings. My Groups allows easy access to all groups for validating scheduling and completion of Group Progress Notes.
- Click Administration and select Group Manager.
- Click on the Program that the group is for and click New.
- Click on a program and then click on a group to edit an existing group.
- Enter the Name of the Group and select a default for:
- Visit Type
- Place of Service
- Group Note
- Enter the max number of clients that can attend or be assigned to the group.
- Leave this field blank if there is no limit.
- Assign a therapist to the group.
- Type in the therapist's name or tap your “Enter” key to see all options.
- Select a therapist, and the name appears in the lower grid titled Assigned Therapists.
- Click in box and begin typing.
- Type a patient’s last name or tap your ”Enter” key to see all options.
- Select a patient, and the name appears in the lower grid titled Assigned Patients.
NOTE: Check the Program Only box to view only patients in the selected program in the search results.
- Click Save.
