Check Status of an Electronic Payment

Once a credit card payment has been processed, the status can be viewed in the Patient Payments tab.

1. Click the Patient Payments tab in the Patient Payment window.
   
   
    
2. The Patient Payments window displays a history of all payments received from this client.
   
   
   • There are two credit card payment statuses:
     1. Pending - Vantage is still processing this payment.
     2. Posted - Vantage has completed the processing of this payment.
         
3. There are three ways to refresh the information displayed.
   • Click Refresh. 
   • Right-click on a payment > Check Status.
   • When the window is opened from the Patient Payment window, all information will be updated.
